 This new "PastryStar" base has been developed for the "all natural market". Made with natural stabilizers and emulsifiers, it is designed to make (1) Fruit cream cakes and (2)muffins with the same recipe. Just add a few ingredients and bake to get cakes with an astonishing moist texture and a long shelf-life. One 25 lbs bag yields 45 to 50 cakes (8" bun pans).
